My name is Rikki and I have spent many years working as a bike tech for the likes of Canyon and with Totally Bikes, a premium bike hire company dedicated to the triathlon market. I have been a key part of strong customer-orientated teams and have dealt with customers from all over the world at events such as Ironman UK, Ironman Wales and the ITU World Triathlon Championships. I have extensive technical experience covering all aspects of current bike technology including Shimano electronic gearing and suspension systems from SRAM and Fox and many more.
